As a Florida notary public, I'm legally authorized to officiate weddings without religious ordination. This allows me to perform ceremonies that can be spiritual, secular, or somewhere in between, always tailored to your preferences rather than following specific religious requirements.

Most couples prefer a ceremony lasting between 10-15 minutes—enough time to feel meaningful without guests getting restless. The officiant's speaking portion typically accounts for about half of that time, with the remainder dedicated to vows, ring exchange, and any special rituals you choose to include. During our planning process, I'll work with you to create a ceremony that feels just right in length, neither rushed nor drawn out, while keeping the focus on your commitment to each other.

Exchange of Vows Notary asks the man, “(            ), do you take this woman to be your wife, to live together in matrimony, to love her, to honor her, to comfort her, and to keep her in sickness and in health, forsaking all others, for as long as you both shall live?” 

Man answers, “I do.”   Notary asks the woman, “(             ), do you take this man to be your husband, to live together in matrimony, to love him, to honor him, to comfort him, and to keep him in sickness and in health, forsaking all others, for as long as you both shall live?” 

Woman answers, “I do.”   Notary states, “Repeat after me.” To the man: “I, (               ), take you (             ),to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part.”   

To the woman, “I, (            ), take you (              ), to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part.”   

Exchange of Rings Notary asks the man to place the ring on the woman's finger and to repeat the following, “I give you this ring as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love.” (Repeat the same for the woman).   

Pronouncement Notary asks the couple to join hands, then declares, “By virtue of the authority vested in me under the laws of the State of Florida, I now pronounce you husband and wife.”   To the man: “You may kiss the bride.”

The package featured a wedding arch, a completely customized ceremony script, a professional sound system with music, and I even stayed afterward to play music for several hours during their reception. I had the pleasure of singing a special song the couple had selected for their celebration.
